Very large living room with magnificent fully-equipped open-plan kitchen to prepare your meals just like at home. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a view of the typical, colorful buildings of the old town.
The living room also features a study area.
(The roller shutter in the living room is no longer functional, but curtains can be used to keep the light out).
On the night side, two beautiful bedrooms overlook the courtyard, one with a 180 x 200 cm bed (possibility of 2 x 90 x 200 cm beds), the other with a 160 x 200 cm bed and loggia access. Cot available.
Possibility of double bed in the living room, sofa bed with 160 x 200 cm bed and real mattress.
All bedding is new and carefully selected for its quality.
Beautiful bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.
Accessible bicycle storage in the building.
Accessible by elevator (after 3 steps).

Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access.

Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Pets are welcome as long as their presence does not cause any nuisance, either in terms of cleanliness or noise.
Pets are the responsibility of their owners, as is any damage caused by their presence.

️ The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
