Apartment with breathtaking views for 4 people, 50m from Lake Annecy in the heart of the city.

In the heart of the city center, in one of the city's most sought-after old buildings: the famous "Blason", fully renovated and secured, a 75m² apartment with character and a magnificent 19m balcony overlooking the rooftops of the old town and Annecy's most beautiful sites: canals, mountains, castles and monastery.
Full of charm, very bright, on the top floor at an angle with 3 orientations, and although located in the "hypercentre", it enjoys an incredibly tranquil situation, almost not overlooked, and all rooms have French windows opening onto the balcony and the view.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions in the city and on the lake, it's an ideal base for discovering Annecy and the many attractions in the surrounding area.
The entrance to the building, under an arcade, is located on a very quiet street where you can leave your luggage with your vehicle, with a few parking spaces at the foot of the building and numerous other public parking lots located between 150 and 300m away.


This apartment offers :
- an entrance that can be used as an office and has a safe,
- a living room with large TV, DVD player, wifi and SFR package,
- two bedrooms, each with king-size bed (180x200cm) and TV,
- bathroom/shower with WC and washing machine,
- separate WC.
- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator.
Linen is provided for your stay, and parents can use a cot.
The solid oak used in Ethnicraft's furnishings is ecologically grown and environmentally friendly, and its simple lines radiate warmth, calm and well-being throughout the apartment.

️The nearest parking lot is the Hôtel de Ville parking lot, 1 minute's walk from the apartment.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To leave your luggage until the train departs, we recommend the "Casebook" luggage locker in Bonlieu Park.

This district, in the heart of Annecy's historic center known as the "Venice of the Alps", is a favorite with travelers, with its charm, narrow streets, gardens, canals and pedestrian zones.
There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, and the beaches and promenades are all within walking distance.

How to get to the apartment :
The train station is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Geneva airport - Annecy
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
