Magnificent 3-bedroom duplex with terrace overlooking the lake
Welcome to Les Libellules!
Located on the water's edge and just a two-minute walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.
Discover a magnificent duplex apartment in a renovated building with a private beach!
Ideal for 6 people, it comprises three bedrooms, separate toilets on the ground floor and first floor, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a large terrace overlooking the lake with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a vast living room.
You can enter the lake directly from the terrace!
The first bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, with a bay window overlooking the lake and mountains, so you can enjoy a spectacular view as soon as you wake up! The second bedroom has a 140x200cm double bed, while the third has 2 80x200cm single beds, ideal for children. All rooms have storage space for your personal belongings.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (filter and capsule).
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you can leave your car in the condominium parking lot during your stay.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend that you use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
