Large 3-bedroom apartment 2 steps from downtown and the lakeside.
Located 500m from the lake and benefiting from a quiet environment, this apartment is the perfect cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Completely refurbished, the apartment is ideal for 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment is spacious and very bright.
Each bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space.
The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV, and the kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and high-speed WiFi (fiber).
Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels & kitchen towel.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator).
️ You can park your car directly in the private parking space dedicated to the accommodation.
A large, very accessible cellar will give you the possibility of storing your bikes, windsurfers, baby carriages...
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycles for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
