The apartment is located in the residential center of Annecy, 5 minutes' walk from the old town and the SNCF train station, and 15 minutes' walk from the lakeside.
Completely renovated to modern taste, this apartment comprises a large bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe.
It is located on the raised ground floor.
The living room opens onto the terrace, equipped with a large dining table and garden furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels)

To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
The apartment is located on Avenue de Loverchy, a busy avenue during the day, but one that's easy to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycles for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
