Le Vintage, a large 71m2 apartment, is located in Annecy's historic center, Rue du Pâquier, 150m from the lake and Bonlieu theater. A 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
You'll reach the lake and the Pâquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 2 minutes on foot!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a pedestrian street in a lively environment, close to shops, bakeries, Monoprix, cafés and restaurants.
The semi-open bedroom has a double bed.
The main room features a 140x200 cm sofa bed, TV and WIFI.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine.
Linen is provided for your stay.
️The nearest parking lots are the Bonlieu parking lot and the Hôtel de Ville parking lot, both a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay (2 parking lots nearby: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu less than 200 m away).
Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
