Beautiful 48m² apartment in the heart of Annecy's historic city center and close to the lake.
Discover the city center and its lively market, cobblestone streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 4 people, ️ access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a rather steep ladder.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator).
Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance, so you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Unless otherwise indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground parking lots.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
