Located at the entrance to the medieval village of Duingt, this second-floor apartment is the top floor of a typical Savoyard house with a large plot of land to which you will have access.
Its exceptional location on the edge of the cycle path and 100m from the lake means you can leave the car behind - everything is within walking distance!
Only 200 meters separate you from the château beach, and 400 meters from the municipal beach!
Ideal for family vacations, this charming, fully-equipped apartment comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy is a heavenly destination in summer and very attractive in winter too, thanks to its proximity to ski resorts:
-Le Semnoz 30 minutes away
-La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand an hour away
-Seythenex and la Sambuy 30 minutes away

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm.
In the same way for your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the apartment is not taken back the same evening.
