On the banks of the Thiou promenade, in the heart of a green, pedestrian-friendly eco-district, large, modern, bright 70 m2 T3 apartment, fully furnished and equipped, with basement garage.
With family or friends, you'll love the warm decor of this apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, on the 4th floor with elevator.

a large, bright living/dining room with a convertible sofa (fitted with a real quality mattress)
a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, raclette and pancake maker)

Children's play areas are located close to the apartment.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and quality shops are less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment (bakery, butcher's, fishmonger's, Beaufort meat and cheese cooperative, greengrocer's, Casino supermarket, banks, pharmacy).
Bicycles and pedestrians:
You can get around without a car throughout your stay by using the greenways and cycle paths or by using the bus network, which has a stop right in front of the residence.
The lake is 10 minutes away by car or bus (direct line) and 15 minutes by bike.
A charming cycle path links the apartment to the lake, along the promenade du thiou, and continues all around the lake.
️ The apartment has a garage with direct elevator access.
To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely.
️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an autonomous arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
