We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming house with a surface of 51 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers and a baby. Located on the first floor in duplex, it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Baby bed and high chair. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 19 m² not overlooked with TV, convertible sofas (3 beds) and dining area that can accommodate 7 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, 4 cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : a bunk bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Outside:
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A small balcony of about 1m2 on the floor.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed and high chair
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
