Set in enclosed grounds, this village house is close to all amenities (bakery, mini-market). On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room with Wifi internet connection, TV and a kitchen equipped with oven, combination freezer, 3 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, including 1 with a sauna. Upstairs, you'll have access to a 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, then a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, and the last bedroom with 1 bed 160x200. There are 2 separate WCs, one with a washing machine. Enclosed terrace (2 m high walls) of 130 m2 at the rear, with summer kitchen and jacuzzi. Sunbathing area. Parasol. Gas barbecue. No garden.

In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, 1 km from the river (fishing, swimming, canoeing) and in the village of Saint Julien de Lampon, this gîte is ideally located for discovering the many facets of the Dordogne. Tennis court and shops 200 m away. Cycling along the Dordogne on the old railroad line, now a cycle path, will take you to Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, or to Souillac in the Lot, 10 km away. Nearby are Castelnaud castle, Beynac, Les Milandes, the village of La Roque Gageac, the bastide town of Domme... You can also visit the prehistoric sites of the Vézére Valley, the Lascaux 4 International Center for Cave Art in Montignac, Les Eyzies de Tayac...
