Set in landscaped grounds of over 5500 m2, each benefits from a private garden area. The ground floor features a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with wood-burning stove opening onto a terrace with exclusive access to the 8x4 heated swimming pool. The first floor features a library and 3 bedrooms (160-2x80-2x90), each with en-suite shower room + bath for one of them. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the property. You'll be seduced by the setting and its magnificent flower garden, the colors of every beauty mingled with the varied fragrances, one word ... A true haven of peace ... Your privacy is preserved in this idyllic setting ... while being shared.
*Housekeeping: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezers and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town. If linen is chosen, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
