Very well located and in a quiet urbanization, you will enjoy magnificent views thanks to a large glass window with closures that will help ensure that the temperature, whether winter or summer, is always regulated.
The urbanization has elevators to go up to the accommodation comfortably and a large swimming pool with a garden if you want to enjoy the sun on days when the sea is more 'choppy'.
