AMAZING Villa VENICA 4* between Cannes and Saint Tropez
Superb Provencal villa (13 rooms - 8 bedrooms - 5 bathrooms - 2 kitchens -5 toilets - 300m²) for up to 18 people in the heart of nature, without any noise. (Optional 9th room)
In Puget sur Argens in the very popular domain of "La Lieutenante".
Magnificent exterior with large swimming pool and large wooded garden of 4000 m2, not overlooked.
Less than a quarter of an hour away, you can discover many beaches all along the coast. The domain is located at only 8 minutes from the A8 freeway which gives you a quick access to the whole Provence and the French Riviera.
The villa VENICA, renovated in 2022, offers many private terraces and a large beach overlooking the pool.
The house can be divided into two apartments: "ALBA" (6 pers.) and "TRAMONTO" (10 pers.)
