the residence is very close to the sea and the beach. close to Guidel and Guidel plage. the pedestrian residence is therefore very quiet. the only downside is the difficulty for PRMs to access the accommodation, which is a little complicated. despite this, the stay was very pleasant.

I do not recommend this accommodation. It's sad, no sanitary facilities on the floor. The bathroom smells very bad, the siphons must be blocked, not pleasant at all and very very small. The decoration leaves much to be desired. The spiral staircase is not a good idea. On the other hand, the bedding is excellent as well as the appliances except the very old-fashioned microwave. The dishes and utensils are impeccable. A little more cheerfulness in the reception is necessary and a correct parking to unload the car. Pitches too far from the accommodation. Environment not maintained as well as the tables and chairs of garden to clean! In short I expected better the price for the rent is not in correspondence for so little service. The price of the cleaning is too high for the result!
