We propose to you to rent, in the city centre of Rennes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fiber), of a surface of 18 m ² and being able to accomodate up to two travelers.
Located on the 13th and last floor (lift to the 12th) of a quiet building, it consists of a nice living room of 16 m² with open plan kitchen and a shower room. The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
The flat is composed as follows
- a living room of 16 m² with TV, wifi (fibre optic) and a double bed (140 x 190) as well as a fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- a bathroom with toilet and hairdryer.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: ironing board, iron and clothesline.
By reserving this flat, you will be able to benefit from a south-east facing balcony with an unobstructed view of Rennes to enjoy the beautiful days.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house on rue Bourg-L'Évêque (space not guaranteed). Alternatively, the secure public pay car park Chézy-Dinan is nearby.
