Discover the city center with its lively market, cobblestone streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 4, on the 4th floor with elevator.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second a double bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with Smart TV, wifi and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower and separate WC.
️ Unless otherwise indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ The apartment is located in the center of town. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu parking lots for around €11/24h.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
