Many small parks and green spaces in the surroundings... The Paul Mistral Park, the heart of Grenoble, is only a few minutes away on foot!
Getting around :
The streetcar stop D "Maison Communale" is a 2 minute walk away, the streetcar stop C "Neyrpic-Belledone" (direct access to the university campus and downtown) is a 5 minute walk.
