This pretty studio with exposed beams located on the 4th floor consists of:

- a bedroom in mezzanine,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a mezzanine bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment is equipped with velux and blinds, for a quiet night in the dark!
- a double sofa bed in the living room.
Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the apartment, such as a television, a free wifi connection, a library, kitchen equipment (Krups Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc...), plenty of storage space (closet and closet), bed linen and towels for 4 people upon arrival.

Located in the hyper center district of Grenoble, you have a grocer, a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant at 1 minute walk. You have access to the historical center of the city with its pedestrian streets, its many stores, bars, restaurants, at 2 steps. You will even find a cinema 2 minutes away on foot and if you come to do administrative papers, the Prefecture is 5 minutes away on foot!
Getting around:
Numerous public transportation (Tram A, Verdun Préfecture stop or Tram A or B, Hubert Dubedout stop) that serve the city and the surrounding area less than 3 minutes away on foot.
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike.
Parking is available around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots. Indigo parking at the foot of the building.
