This cosy apartment offers you several furnished spaces:

The apartment has three sleeping areas: a large double bed in the bedroom, which opens onto a balcony, and two sofa beds in the living room.

Located in a residential area, a 10-minute walk from Grenoble's Hypercentre, you'll find everything you need nearby, shops (mini-market, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy...), brasseries, cafés and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.
As for public transport, you can take advantage of the streetcar stop at the foot of the building to get to the train station, the city center or the university campus.
Free parking is available in the vicinity of the building (take advantage)!

️ There is a flushing problem in the apartment: it is easy to pull, but the block is detached from the wall. We cannot solve this problem at the moment.
The hood is not functional.

We are discreet and you have independent access to the apartment. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
