The house is located at 900 m altitude in the Vercors park, on the heights of Seyssinet Pariset, 15 min from streetcar C and 20 min from Lans en Vercors, above pollution and fog.

The interior is brand new. It comprises :
- a large living room with an exceptional view of Grenoble and its surrounding massifs (Chartreuse, Belledonne and Oisans). The living room is equipped with a 140cm sofa bed and a corner sofa. There's also a TV and desk;
- a fully-equipped open kitchen --> /! The dishwasher does not work.
- 2 bedrooms;
- a large bathroom with corner bath and shower - separate WC;
- a private bathroom upstairs;
- a large covered terrace, with breathtaking views of the Moucherotte, the 3 Pucelles and Grenoble, equipped with 6-seater garden furniture and outdoor armchairs.


You have access to the whole house (except R-1, which is rented).

The apartment has 3 sleeping areas: a 40 m² bedroom with king-size bed upstairs, a ground-floor bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 140cm sofa-bed in the living room;

Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including TV, kitchen equipment (oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and full set of crockery, etc.), plenty of storage space, bed linen and towels for 6 people on arrival.

The Auberge des Trois Pucelles is just a few minutes away, where you can enjoy local mountain specialities on a splendid panoramic terrace.

Getting around:
For public transport, the 5110 bus line linking Grenoble station to Villard-De-Lans has a stop close to the house.
