This apartment is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 meters from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all shops (organic grocery store, bakery, Asian grocery store, greengrocers, small supermarket etc.) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the A/B streetcar, which connects you quickly to the whole city. The cleaner E streetcar will take you to the south of Grenoble.
For students, the property is 900 m from the IUT, 650 m from the GEM business school and 1.3 km from Grenoble INP and CEA.
