Just renovated, in the center of town and with its feet in the water, this vast apartment on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a legendary Saint-Jean-de-Luz residence: La Pergola. Built in the 1920s, this building is now a listed historic monument. South-facing, with views over the city's rooftops and, above all, the Rhune. Opening onto the terrace, a very large living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and sitting area (sofa bed 160x200). The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: the first, with a 180x200 (or 2 x 90x200) bed, faces south. The second, with a 160x200 (or 2 x 80x200) bed, opens onto a daylight well and has its own entrance so as not to wake anyone up if some people come in late! Two shower rooms, two WCs. The beach, 50 m from the residence's front door, will be your garden! Sober, elegant decor in keeping with the spirit of this beautiful building, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their vacations. Come...you'll be back!
