On the first floor of a small condominium, lovely T3 apartment, spacious and quiet, comprising an entrance hall (with storage space), a large living room with dining area, a fully-equipped semi-open kitchen, an independent toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom opening onto a 15m2 terrace not overlooked (2 beds 90X190cm, 1 of which is a trundle bed/storage), a master bedroom (bed 160X200cm/storage/TV) and a shower room with toilet.
This apartment, with reversible air-conditioning, offers all the comforts you're looking for to spend a great vacation on the lake, and is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children.
Linen not provided, can be rented through agency = 1 pack 160cm sheets + towels = 42€ / 1 pack 90cm sheets + towels = 32€.
Optional cleaning package = 80€.
In winter, heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent according to meter readings.
