The village of Léon benefits from a privileged geographical location, with the Lac de Léon and the courant d'Huchet nature reserve, fine sandy beaches (St Girons plage, Moliets) and a welcoming village with all amenities... a stop at the market square is a must. Nature lovers are sure to enjoy a change of scenery here, and you can rent bicycles to ride along the Côte Landes Nature cycle paths through the maritime pine forests. The garden gîte, nestling on the edge of the lake and the footpath, is on the first floor of the owner's house.
The kitchen-living room is equipped with a top fridge, oven, 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave and multifunction oven, and opens onto a small balcony-terrace with garden furniture. The gîte has 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 80cm beds), shower room (shower, washbasin, radiant heater), separate wc. Electric heating (heating package from October to end of April), shared washing machine in ground-floor storeroom. Access by private outside staircase.
