First floor: 3 bedrooms, each with private shower room and toilet, including 2 with 1 bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 with 2 twin beds (90 x 200 cm). The latter has reversible air-conditioning. Electric heating upstairs and pellet heating on the ground floor, available from the owner if required (price depending on market).
Covered terrace for relaxing or dining in fine weather. Relax in the adjoining private garden (2500m2). Gas plancha. And for the little ones, there's a swing in the gîte's private garden.
GITE FEATURES: Bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. Wood for fireplace included. 1 small animal accepted on request.
