Beautiful holiday home a few hundred meters from Monteverdi Marittimo, surrounded by a beautiful garden and equipped with large relaxation areas, a large and equipped outdoor dining area where you can have lunch and relax while enjoying the view of the Tuscan hills. Guests have access to a large swimming pool shared with another villa that make up the structure. We are 800 meters from the historic center of the enchanting Monteverdi Marittimo, a perfectly preserved medieval village where we find restaurants and bars that can make us appreciate the authentic food and wine specialties of the Upper Maremma. At 15 km we find the beaches of Marina di Castagneto and the Etruscan Coast, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. For its characteristics and location, the villa is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in absolute safety for us, for our children and for our pets. The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor, on the first floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one single with two beds and a bathroom with shower. Externally there is a large canopy equipped for relaxation and as a dining room, available there is a barbecue area, a wood-burning oven, a ping pong table, a laundry area with washing machine and a stretcher for clothes.
