In the heart of Anglet, opposite the popular Quintaou market, superb T4 architect-designed house on two levels with garden, terrace and private, secure parking space.
First floor: entrance hall, toilet, large living room with fully-equipped open kitchen opening onto terrace and garden.
There is also a bedroom on this level with a 160cm bed and access to the terrace. There's also a bathroom with private shower and a large dressing room.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed and a large built-in cupboard, and a second bedroom with a 160cm bed. A shower room and separate toilet also complete this level.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
