Spend a restful holiday in Northern Tuscany surrounded by nature at this gorgeous three-bedroom holiday house for 6 guests.
The ground-floor house has a manicured lawn and garden which is best enjoyed from the loggia and the pergola where guests can lounge and dine in peace. Inside the house, there is a living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an oven and a fridge among other utilities. It opens into the pergola where guests can easily enjoy meals in the perfect Tuscan weather.

Location
The romantic holiday house offers complete peace and exclusivity. Located in the famous town of Pietrasanta, it is uniquely located to enjoy the attractions of Tuscany as well as the beaches of the Ligurian Sea. The town center is about 11 minutes’ drive from here. The historical town of Pietrasanta is also known as the tiny Jewel of Tuscany or the Athens of Italy because of its art galleries, workshops, artisan studios and a thriving marble-work tradition. Most of these are concentrated in the main square of the town (13 minutes) where guests will find many well-known sculptures. Some of the must-visit attractions are the Duomo of San Martino- a 14th-century cathedral, Archeological Museum of Versilia, town theater, Gallery of Modern Art and other monuments of historical and cultural significance. Make sure to climb up the Rocca di Sala to catch a mesmerizing view of the town especially during sunset. There are plenty of sea beaches in about 10-12 minutes.
Guests can also take day trips to Pisa (40 minutes), Lucca (41 minutes), Forte dei Marmi (13 minutes), Florence and Tuscany within 90 minutes. The nearest International airport is only 40 kilometers away.
If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot basing on consumption. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 400EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21. Gas charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 1.20 per m3
