Spread over a single floor, this modern, one-bedroom apartment is air-conditioned for pleasant year-round stays. The living room of the house is elegantly designed with a big L-shaped sofa and a Smart-TV to kick back and relax as if in your own home. In the attached area, there is indoor dining for up to 6 guests and a well-equipped kitchen for a carefree stay. Kitchen utilities include a microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge, and toaster, among others.
Outside, the holiday house features a large terrace which can be directly accessed from the living room. The terrace has stylish open-air seating and a big BBQ with dining to enjoy big meals together in a delightfully peaceful and vibrant atmosphere. The apartment also has a lovely private fenced garden-perfect for those with kids and pets-and sun loungers to completely relax on your holiday.
The retreat is ideal for remote working as it has free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace! Moreover, to refresh yourself and explore the beautiful area of Hrvatska Zagorje full of castles and other cultural relics, bikes are also available on-site.

Location
The holiday apartment has a supermarket at just a stone’s throw to facilitate a carefree self-catered stay. Meanwhile, for added relaxation, guests can visit the thermal spa Kranpinske Toplice located just a 7-minutes drive from the retreat.
It is also located in one of the most natural and culturally rich areas of Croatia called Hrvatska Zagorje. From the apartment’s location, guests can conveniently visit the famous town of Krapina, the ‘Old Village’ Kumrovec with 50 well-preserved traditional buildings, as well as the Dvor Veliki Tabor Museum with the Miljana Castle nearby; all of which are within 30-50 minutes driving distance from the holiday home.
For longer day trips within easy driving distance, guests can head to the Croatian coast full of beautiful beaches, bays and crystal clear waters which is located about a 2-hour drive away. The nearest international airport is the Zagreb Airport, Franjo Tuđman approximately a 50-minutes drive from here.
