The farmhouse is located within a 50-hectare farm and enjoys absolute tranquility. The farmhouse can be reached from Bagnoregio along the valley road for 8 km plus 1.5 km of company road. Rome is 90 km away, Orvieto 25 km, Bolsena 25 km, Bagnoregio eight km. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. a double bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor. private swimming pool measuring eleven by five meters, very particular place on top of a hill, uphill but cemented road sections and being in the countryside, dirt road sections. low sports cars are not recommended.
