25m² studio for 2 people with fully-equipped kitchenette, Pont Morens, in the heart of the old town to discover everything on foot.
Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this studio has been renovated and offers modern comfort in a building full of history.
With a surface area of 25 m², this furnished studio is located on the 1st floor of a secure, character building with no elevator.
Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, it features a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with stools, a sofa and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs on the mezzanine, a large double bed and plenty of storage space.
You'll feel right at home during your stay: Flat-screen TV, Wifi, Washing machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc....
️ The ceiling height of the mezzanine is quite low.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Sainte Claire or Bonlieu underground parking lots.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
