Fantastic apartment for 5 people with an L-shaped terrace of 18 m2 from which to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea, the swimming pools and community garden, and the bay of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, capital of the central Costa Brava. This surprising apartment has a bright living room with access to a fantastic terrace with sea views. It also has a kitchen, bathroom and 2 beautiful bedrooms.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a large shower. We also find a small hall and 2 bedrooms with wardrobes; one of them with access to the terrace and views of the sea and the other with a window and views of the town and the sea.The spaciousness of the terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor moments and family meals, while contemplating the panoramic view of this part of the Costa Brava.
The residential complex where this apartment is located is made up of two buildings of six and nine floors in a prestigious, quiet and safe residential area.The complex has a large pool with a garden where there are communal sun loungers available to users and another small pool with a slide for children, very shallow, separated and at a different level than the large one for greater safety and with spring games for children in the area. landscaped area of this other level. Sant Feliu de Guíxols is a municipality that belongs to the Baix Empordà region, traditionally considered the capital of the Costa Brava.It is an important tourist and seaside town, and it has an important mountainous and wooded area, at the Ardenya-Cadiretes Massif. It also has countless trails and fantastic coves and views from the peaks and cliffs over the sea.
