Welcome to Landes Chalosse, ideally located 2 hours from the Pyrenees and 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean between Dax and Mont-de-Marsan, close to Eugénie les bains for your spa treatment! This charming Landes Chalosse region, with its rolling countryside, offers authenticity and shared values. The local people will welcome you and help you discover their heritage, their gastronomy and their traditions in all simplicity. From the south-facing terrace of the Gîte des Granges, you can see the swimming pool, shared with the owners, where you can enjoy a relaxing wellness break. If you're a fan of a loft with just one room, then you'll love this open-plan gîte, with no dividing walls between the fitted kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), bedroom area (1 double bed with curtain), living room with convertible BZ (double bed), TV area (flat-screen TV, wifi internet). Down the stairs you'll find the bathroom with shower tray and separate toilet. The garden features a covered awning with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool (7mx3.50 m, depth 1.10 to 1.60 m) is secured by a tarpaulin and can be used from June to September, weather permitting, with deckchairs. Parking on the property or at the edge of the grounds. Nearby church with Angelus. Baby cot and high chair available on request.
From the terrace, you can see the Pyrenees mountain range. A vacation destination that's sure to please!
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
