Ideally located in the heart of downtown Arcachon, a T1 cabin apartment of approx. 30 m², on the ground floor of a luxury residence facing the Bassin.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure parking lot.
Although there's no balcony, you still have a direct view of the Arcachon Basin.
Its entrance hall features numerous cupboards, a shower room and separate toilet.
The living room is equipped with a TV (no WIFI), and a small dining area offering a magnificent view.
An open-plan kitchen with hob, TOP fridge, multifunction microwave and Tassimo.
The cabin area, with its double bed (140cm) and storage space, is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. A second 140cm bed on the mezzanine (under a sloping roof) is also available (watch your head!).
All shops and restaurants are close by, so if you like shopping, you're in the heart of the town, and the main beach is just a few steps away for picnics or afternoon swims on sunny days.
