Beautiful house 200 meters from the beach, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hospitalet de l'Infant. Renovated in 2020, it comprises 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen, bathroom and a living/dining room with a large bay window overlooking the fully enclosed private garden, laid out to enjoy the sun and the peace and quiet. A solarium on the upper terrace lets you sunbathe in peace and quiet.
The house is equipped with an outdoor shower in the garden, deckchairs and air conditioning.
Rentals are preferably by the fortnight. A deposit of 350 eur is required.
Pets are not allowed.
There are feral cats and neighborhood cats in the cul-de-sac and garden. Depending on the year, the number may vary.
As the garden is planted with flowers and trees, despite cleaning before your arrival, leaves and thorns may fall during your stay (that's nature...).
Do not hesitate to ask for information.
There is French tv and wifi in the house.

Cats in the garden can be a nuisance. The sandy beach is very pleasant, but the waves carry pebbles, and the slope makes it difficult for elderly people to get out of the bath. The village is quiet and very clean, pleasant and well-equipped.

Very pleasant and welcoming accommodation. Very well equipped and functional. The air-conditioning is much appreciated. The garden is a real plus, even if we didn't take advantage of the deckchairs. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a little far from the center of l'Hospitalet.
