Little Paradise, ground floor flat in a semi-detached villa, on the hill of Formia with a splendid view of the Gulf of Gaeta. Completely fenced, with a large automatic gate entrance and a large outdoor space for exclusive use.
Ideal for those who like to live in peace surrounded by nature to enjoy moments of relaxation in pairs or with children who love being outdoors.
The hosts, who live upstairs, kind but discreet love to receive and share in mutual privacy this corner of paradise with those who want to appreciate the beauty of the Riviera of Ulysses.
The area available to guests is about 60 square meters on one level on the ground floor of a semi-detached villa, with private entrance and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house, with fine finishes and furniture, consists of a large living room with sofa bed, fireplace and Smart Tv, dining area with table and chairs; open kitchen equipped with every comfort including dishwasher and microwave. The hallway leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with 2 windows above and a small bedroom with 2 single beds (please note that this room has no window but a transom that opens onto the living room). The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, a large shower cubicle and washing machine. There is a covered patio outside the house with barbecue and it is possible to set up a table and chairs for outdoor dining while enjoying the magnificent panorama and the greenery that surrounds this property...a little paradise in the hills!
Casa Piccolo Paradiso offers the possibility to regenerate in an enchanting place just a few kilometres from the neighbouring tourist centres and the most beautiful beaches of the Latium Coast. Only 6 km from the beach of Scauri, 10 km from Formia with its shops, ferries to the islands and the beach of Vindicio famous for windsurfing, kitesurfing and water sports; 19 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and the beautiful white sandy beaches; 25 km from Sperlonga with its quaint old town, marina and sandy beaches. 27 km from the Cassino motorway exit.
