The villa extends over three levels (interior staircase) and offers 5 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms) and a total of 7 bathrooms (6 with shower, 1 with hydro and thermosensor bathtub) and two kitchens, both with dishwasher. The house offers the perfect environment for families or friends who want to spend their vacations together, thanks to the spacious rooms and the large plot with guaranteed privacy.

You are only 2 km from the archaeological site of Cava di Ispica, a destination for many tourists. The splendid Iblean coast with golden sand and crystal clear waters is only 10 km away. In the evening, nightlife awaits you in the town of Modica with its traditional clubs.
