Park your car in one of the two allocated parking spaces and come in to drop off your suitcases in this pretty semi-detached (on one side) triplex house with enclosed garden. On the first floor, as soon as you step through the front door, your eyes naturally wander outside to the magnificent view over the rooftops of Socoa, the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the cliffs of Sainte-Barbe. A large living room, opening onto the terrace, is divided into a dining area and a relaxation area. On the same level is the separate, fully-equipped kitchen, with the sink right under the window, so you can enjoy the view at all times!
Above, a cosy mezzanine with sleeping area (sofa bed 140x200) and desk.
Finally, on the garden level, 2 bedrooms with built-in closets. The first (2 beds 90x200) has access to the garden via a terrace. The second (2 beds 90x200) shares a bathroom.
The whole is warm, friendly and easy to live with. From the terrace, the sunsets or the city lights at night will make your vacation unforgettable.
