Exclusive home on the hill of San Jacopo, in the heart of the Valdera. Charming house is the result of careful restoration work, nestling in the well-tended green of a wonderful garden, protected by a garrison of olive trees and with a spectacular view over the surrounding hills. The farmhouse is compose by different and exclusive charming houses, equipped with bathrooms with raid showers and set of courtesy at your arrival, which can accommodate up to 4 people in spacious two bedrooms with a private bathroom.
They are bright houses, equipped with all modern comforts such as TV recon 42-inch Lcd TV in the living room and 38 inch in the double bedroom, free WIFI, air conditioning in every environment, complete kitchen and private burglar alarm system. The rooms offer the typical atmosphere of Casali Toscani, with terracotta floors, ceiling beams view, hand-decorated walls, rustic fireplace, exterior pergola and garden. Every detail has been carefully chosen, so as the furniture and stylish furnishings in the various environments. Total area of about 90 sq m. and comprises one of the two adjacent apartments with separate entrance.
Rentals: the standard typology is the one that foresees the regular Saturday- Saturday stay. Short Stays and Non-Weekly Stays: is possible to make shorter stays Starting From 4 Nights. Rentals Non Sat - Sat Stays: also in this case, it is possible to book the hose.
Easily accessible both from Pisa (less from 40 minutes from Galilei airport) and from Florence (less then one hour by car), you can find Dimora San Jacopo, an ancient and completely restored farmhouse datedThe Villa is sorrunded by a park of two hectars of olive grove with a well mantained lawn where you will find a barbeque equipped area. There is also a private parking with a covered pergola, closed by an automatic main gate. All around you will find the smell of roses of gardens, with your own disposition a wonderful infinity pool from witch you can watchthe sunset and find again all the wealth and energies to close contatc with nature.
