Superb fully air-conditioned villa with one floor, with 5 master suites, two kitchens, an interior patio, swimming pool, jacuzzi. You can park up to 3 vehicles on the property and not touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. All this space opens onto the terrace facing the swimming pool and jacuzzi, thanks to large sliding bay windows. You will find on the ground floor, 3 air-conditioned master suites. The first overlooking the pool terrace and measuring more than 26m² has a 160 x 200 double bed, large dressing rooms, a bathtub and a shower, two sinks as well as separate toilets. The second, overlooking the patio, is equipped with two 90 x 200 beds and has its own bathroom. The 3rd also overlooking the patio is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with toilet. You will also find on the ground floor a laundry room with washing machine, iron, etc. and a guest toilet. On the 2nd floor, you will find a second air-conditioned living room, with a lounge area around sofas and television, as well as a second open kitchen with dining table. All this space opens onto the 1st floor terrace. For the upstairs bedrooms, you will find two air-conditioned master suites, one with a bathroom and a 140x190 double bed and the second of more than 24m² with a 160x200 double bed and a spa bath. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
