We offer you this villa with swimming pool on 2 levels.
On the 1st floor you will find 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, a large living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with a nice working environment.
From the living room you can access a magnificent 100 m² terrace overlooking a 500 m² garden and a 30m² swimming pool with an average depth of 1.60 meters.
The swimming pool is heated in June and September.
You can park your vehicles in the parking spaces in front of the house.
As for the exteriors, you will have in addition to the garden area, a terrace part above the swimming pool, associated with the master bedroom, and a terrace part overlooking the swimming pool and adjoining the living room and the kitchen.
These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires.
You have an internet box with wifi.
It should be noted that the owner's son, often on the move, can sometimes occupy an independent studio under the house, with its own entrance, and having no direct contact with the house or its exterior, as it is located under the house.
We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
