For your holidays in Saint Cyr, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this superb villa with heated swimming pool, a large garden with trees and beautiful terraces. You can park up to 4 vehicles on the property. The rental is composed as follows, entrance followed by the living room-dining room and the adjoining kitchen. This entire space opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and facing the vineyards. For the sleeping area you will find 3 bedrooms in the main part of the house, and two bedrooms in the part next to the swimming pool. These two rooms are equipped with an air cooler. For amenities, you have 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs for the rooms next to the pool. In the main house, you will also find 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. As for the exteriors, in addition to the beautiful wooded garden, you will have access to 2 terraces, the first adjoining the living room allowing you to enjoy a dining area and garden furniture. The 2nd terrace is located by the swimming pool and has the same equipment. The swimming pool is continuously heated from April to October. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi, a ping-pong table, table football and a recently fitted out pétanque court facing the vineyards. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Saint Cyr pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
