Beautiful and pleasant 2/3 bedroom house, air-conditioned, with independent entrance, garden and terrace with sea view.
The house is composed of an air-conditioned living-dining room overlooking the loggia with a sea view, an independent kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. You have a sleeping area on the ground floor of the house that can be used as a bedroom if necessary.
This is an excellent price/surface ratio. The well-maintained land of more than 500 m² is a definite plus for families who benefit from a good location in relation to the sea and the city center.
The railway line passes above the land.
You don't see it from the garden and don't hear it from the house.
We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
