A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 650m from shops, 1000m from the town and 1200m from large sandy beaches. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the property and never touch it again during your vacation. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room consisting of an air-conditioned cathedral lounge. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped independent kitchen with its dining room. From the dining room area you can access a terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as a parasol so you can enjoy your meals outside. From the living room area, you will access a second terrace with table, chairs, garden furniture, deckchair etc. overlooking the swimming pool. For the sleeping area, you will find on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, and upstairs a 3rd bedroom also air-conditioned, open loft style, separated from the living room below by a large workshop glass roof. The beds are 140x190. For amenities, you have a bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor, and a 2nd bathroom with toilet upstairs. As for the exteriors, in addition to the 2 terraces, you will find a large parking lot covered with gravel, a garden area but also a summer kitchen on the side of the swimming pool equipped with a small fridge, a plancha, garden furniture and a sail to shade you. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. The apartment has been recently renovated and you have an internet box with wifi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Saint Cyr pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
