Gîte located in the heart of Sologne, 2 hours from Paris, only 35 minutes from Orléans, 25 min from Château de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, 20 min from Golf de Marcilly-en-Villette, 15 minutes from Passeurs de Loire in Sigloy and 9 min from shops in Tigy...
Quiet, forest setting on a 13-hectare estate with a 1.5-hectare pond (carp fishing available). Ideally located for hiking, cycling (bikes available on loan) and visiting the castles of Sologne. 74 m² single-storey gite, with dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm bed and the second with 3 x 90 cm beds (2 of which can be made into 1 x 180 cm bed), shower room and separate toilet. Separate terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Possibility of an additional bedroom for two people with separate toilet and shower room next to the entrance to the gite at extra cost (see conditions with the owner).
All-inclusive price: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included, heating included.

(excluding washing-up and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
