In La Tranche sur Mer, ideally located in a cul-de-sac 200m from the town center and 350m from the main beach, pleasant fully-renovated house comprising a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding). Bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol. At the rear of the house, garage: door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to bring the car in.
EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric griddle.
End-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
