We propose you to rent, in the heart of Vals-les-Bains in Ardèche, this charming flat of 80 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children). Located on the first floor (without lift), it consists of a pretty living room of 35 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a beautiful private terrace to enjoy the beautiful days!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 35 m² with flat screen TV, fireplace, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: bar, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, filter coffee machine...
- Three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140×190), the other two are each equipped with a Queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and washbasin.

- A 55 m² terrace with garden furniture to enjoy a nice meal in the sun!
