With a surface area of 170m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms, each ideally distributed and equipped with cupboards for storage. There are 2 140cm beds and one 160cm bed. A shower room and bathroom complete the ensemble. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living/dining room, which in turn opens onto the outside world, including the salt-treated swimming pool, which is alarmed for your safety.
The added bonus of this villa is a 30m² veranda with a large dining table, hammock and sofa, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha!
