Nestled on a wooded plot of over 1,000 m², this magnificent 130 m² villa offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a heated swimming pool.
On arrival, you'll be greeted by an entrance hall leading to a bright, south- and west-facing living/dining room, equipped with sofas, armchairs and a TV. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen (with American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, hood, Nespresso, and 3 induction hobs) also has a dining area and access to the garden. A practical laundry room with washing machine and plenty of storage space is also available. A shower room with WC and three well-appointed bedrooms complete the layout: a first west-facing bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a chest of drawers, a second east-facing bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a closet/wardrobe, and finally a third west-facing bedroom with 1 160cm bed and a closet/wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available.
Outside, you'll enjoy a well-kept garden, a terrace with furniture, a beautiful heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 4) with "underwater alarm", and a pétanque court. Children's play equipment includes a trampoline, swing and slide.
The entire villa is spacious, contemporary and easy to maintain, with parquet and tiled floors. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and kitchen. You can also park several vehicles in the villa grounds, including under a car port. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional), as is a departure cleaning service, conditional on normal, regular maintenance of the rental property during the stay.
The villa enjoys a privileged location, with the Dune du Pilat 6.7 km away, Lake Cazaux and Sanguinet 28 km away, the Aqualand water park 6 km away, and the La Coccinelle and Kid Park amusement parks 5 km away.
